Navigating Open Relationships in Therapy

Wherever you are on the spectrum of nonmonagomy, I’m here to help

Are you trying to figure out if wanting more than one connection means your current relationship is failing, or if you're just outgrowing a one-size-fits-all mold?

Do you find yourselves stuck in an endless loop of making rules, breaking rules, and arguing over what safety and boundaries actually mean?

Is jealousy showing up in ways that catch you off guard, leaving you scrambling to manage waves of insecurity you didn't know you were capable of feeling?

Are you managing multiple partners or a complex polyamorous network, but feeling completely exhausted by the sheer amount of emotional labor, scheduling, and communication it takes to keep everyone feeling secure?

Do you crave a space where you don't have to justify, defend, or explain your relationship structure just to get support for ordinary relationship growing pains?

My Approach: Relational, Grounded, and Specialized

My practice is built on the understanding that love, attachment, and commitment come in many configurations. I don't believe there is a single "correct" way to do relationships, but I do believe that healthy non-monogamy requires radical honesty, emotional regulation, and deep attunement.

Simple ideas

In our work together, we draw on evidence-based relational frameworks tailored specifically to the unique nuances of open dynamics.

Lasting impact

You deserve a therapist who speaks your language and doesn't require you to spend half the session explaining the basics of your beliefs.

A couple walks hand in hand along the edge of the ocean during sunset or sunrise. The man wears a white shirt and black pants, and the woman wears a long white dress. The beach is calm with a few people and birds, and the sky has soft pastel colors with a few clouds.
